Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a replacement for damaged items, please provide clear photos of the damaged product along with your order number and contact details to bclaw@gmail.com
We'll gladly replace the damaged item free of charge, ensuring you receive a pristine product for your enjoyment.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than shipping damage. This includes dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or personal preferences, as our products are made-to-order with fresh ingredients.
